A. Challenging, Rewarding, Enjoyable

Q. What do you do in your role on a day to day basis?
A. I am based at the Cassel site, in Billingham, and am the initial contact for anyone who has HR questions or queries. On a day-to-day basis I deal with a variety of tasks including payroll, on-boarding, leaver processes and pensions. At the Cassel site I am the initial point of contact for anyone with HR queries, therefore I have a very people-focused role which is what I enjoy most.

Q. What has your training and development been like?
A. It has been brilliant! As a HR graduate I’m currently involved in a variety of tasks and projects to aid with my learning & development, as part of the graduate scheme, allowing me to gain experience and knowledge in many other areas of HR. The Company has also sponsored me to complete a Masters degree in Human Resource Management.

A. We have a very friendly culture and I have always felt everyone is willing to help if you ever need it.
