A. I joined in 2013.
Q. Describe working for the Company in three words
A. Safety, Respect, improvement.
Q. What do you do in your role on a day to day basis?
A. To work out on process improvement based on existed equipment and facility. All improvement adjustment and action need to be complied with SHE standard and requirement. Furthermore, to participate in various projects relevant to Process Safety Management (PSM), process and manufacturing excellence domain.
Q. What has your training and development been like?
A. PSM foundation training, emergency drill, HCN training, Join PHR & LOPA assessment meeting, English language training …etc. Our boss encourages us to improve our ability to enhance our skill/knowledge for further advancement and development.
Q. How would you describe the work environment and Company culture?
A. Harmonious working atmosphere, reasonable management, good and clean working place, and our boss encourages us to express our own views.
Q. What do you enjoy most about your role?
A. To learn new knowledge which I didn’t know in the past, to discuss with co-workers to find out solution and new resolution for further improvement.

A. You can learn a lot of knowledge, therefore, take the chance to apply for a role as it will be a big benefit for you.
